- We pledge to only use fresh fruit, flash frozen fruit, or if when necessary canned fruit packed in water or it's own natural juices
- We pledge to only use whole wheat bread or white whole wheat bread.
- We pledge to use only milk and other dairy products that are hormone-free and antibiotic-free ("Prairie Farms")
- We pledge to use the freshest and finest quality of meats that are hormone-free and antibiotic-free ("Farm Land")
- We pledge to bake our food never fry or microwave
