Enrolling your child at Little Guppy is a simple, three-step process.
Step One
First, please fill out the form on our
Schedule a Tour page or call our St. Charles or O’Fallon centers to arrange a tour.

Step Two
Complete Enrollment Form and Pay Registration Fee. This includes an application for enrollment and paying a non-refundable $50 enrollment fee (check or money order). The form is listed in the box to the right. You may print it off and fill it out prior to your visit. This is also required to put your child on a classroom wait list.
Step Three
Turn in All Paperwork and Pay 1st Tuition Payment. Once you complete step #2 a complete enrollment packet is provided. (This includes a parent handbook and a variety of permission forms.) Complete this enrollment packet and pay the first week's tuition prior to the first day. You can also choose a start date and a code for the security system (each parent receives their own code).
